in the beginning…

hmm, does there need to be a why? should i write this as though people are reading or not? meh.

maybe i should check how other people start their blogs? i can’t help but think about that website 100 words… i always thought that was a really tough ask, oh well, enough procrastinating, my wife and i are moving to melbourne (aus) from brisbane (also aus), and i think i’m gonna start a blog probably out of sheer laziness to send group emails updating people on what’s going on…

today is friday the 28th, my last day at work, at my job of almost six years. unbelievable huh, time has just flown by…ok, i’ve gotta go act like i’m working for another couple of hours, talk to you later i guess…

/oh, hey i did a “The Spark” personality test the other day, my results came out DICT (dominant introvert concrete thinker), hence the blog name i guess, it got me thinking, often i find my self ranting about relatively meaningless stuff, and i thought maybe that’s the “dominant introvert” part of me talking, the part that is always frustrated but somehow feels not quite confident enough to voice concerns or opinions in the right forum (in real life that is, i don’t spend that much time on the net!).

//oh, btw, the opposite of dominant & introvert is apparently submissive & extrovert, not that i put too much stock in those online tests… just sayin…

next post: one down, one to go…

  2. Hi Luke & Kim. Hope you are not stressing to much. I think now that you have the wonderful internet up and running that life will be some what back to normal - just in a slightly colder place. Love you guys…later. Scott & Em*.
